I would have requested the holes they made in our virgin venting be made in a conspicuous area instead of right above our living area over the sofa in the basement. We had an unblemished vent that now has two, aluminum taped squares. I know the holes need to be made, but it would have been nice for them to ask if the location mattered to us. The owner of the company, Bob, was very responsive and made sure our appointment was made according to our needs and has a flat fair price in comparison to other companies that nickel and dime you on every detail."
