"Kwik Dry did excellent work in our home! After requesting quotes from multiple carpet cleaners, we chose Kwik Dry because they were the most reasonably priced. My husband and I were thankful that Kwik Dry's price was exactly as advertised. Many other companies claimed to have a good rate, then jacked up the prices with service fees. The owner of Kwik Dry also was kind enough to talk through any questions I had over the phone so I wouldn't encounter any surprises on the day of the cleaning. The work that Kwik Dry did on our carpets was great! The job was finished within a couple of hours with excellent results. Our carpets are so much cleaner! I recommend requesting Zach and Vinny. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They even thought about the little things, such as working in a way that would preserve the satisfying pattern they made with the machine. We could not be more happy with the job that Kwik Dry did. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

They were totally professional and took the time to make sure the carpet was totally clean. I plan on using them the next time my carpet and rugs need cleaning. "It was a life changing service. Met with Albert on a Monday and the quote process was very smooth. I could tell right away that Albert has a passion for what he does and when you hear the back story on how he formed the company, it makes perfect sense why his work ethic is so strong. We hired Sol's and they came out that Saturday. Albert, his wife, and his daughter spent about 10 hours in our home cleaning the air ducts and 2 A/C & Furnace units. Not only were they courteous and respectful of our home, they were very friendly, dedicated, and openly communicated about their process as well as how our ducts were looking. Before they started, according to the pics taken by Albert, the ductwork upstairs look like it had a layer of snow (due to the previous owner doing drywall work while the A/C was running). It was completely spotless afterwards. And downstairs... OMG! The house we bought was built in 1939 and has probably never had the ductwork cleaned. According to the pics, it literally looked like mounds of really old blown-in insulation in an old attic. But it was in our ductwork! And they found a couple of petrified mice too hanging out in there. I suffer from allergies big time and noticed that I had trouble breathing when we moved in... And after having Sol's clean our air ducts, I can breathe easier and the home literally smells clean and sanitized, which they do sanitize the ductwork at the end of the cleaning. My wife and I are very grateful to Sol's and their attention to detail... even hand-cleaning the A/C fan blades and soaking/sanitizing the vent & return covers. We could not have made a better decision for our health and we are very honored and proud that Sol's performed the work."

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.
