"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
