Because my work schedule makes me crazy, I scheduled John and another company to bid on my roof at the same time. Did John get mad? Nope. He just got up on my roof and left his card and told me he'd email me an estimate while Joe Roof Salesman tried selling me a roof that costs twice as much while taking an hour and a half of my time.
