Response time to get my business was fast but on the actual day of service communication was lacking. I had two large houses that needed to be done on the same day. Somehow, I was bumped, and they did a job before me that took too long and were extremely late getting to me. By the time they were done with the first house - I didn't have the patience to wait to do my other house that I was moving into. However - the cleaning that was done at the first house was great! The work quality was very good. If they weren't overbooked - I think I would have given 5 stars.

Betty and her staff know what old fashion clean means. I gave very high expectations (I used to clean homes so I have the same expectations as I cleaned)! No one has met those expectations when cleaning my home. I have tried many and very happy I decided one more time! Betty and her staff met my expectations and above. I don’t feel you should need a degree to know how to clean a home, but clearly I think differently. I decided to go through Angi’s because I was tired of my home not being satisfactory after cleaning. I am so happy I did! That is where I found Betty! This was a first time cleaning. They scheduled for Thursday, had a cancellation and called to see if they could come two days early. We were fine with that and they did a wonderful job. Very clean, thorough, cleaned in places I did not expect. If you want an old fashion, good thorough cleaning give them a try and you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Betty and Staff! The Nissi team was quick, detailed, and very responsive to my questions. I’ve used other cleaners in the past who miss the little details or try to change schedules/pricing at the last minute, but Nissi Flooring & Cleaning were very professional. I’ll absolutely hire them again!

I highly recommend this cleaning service. The women that came to clean my apartment were delightful and happy to be there. My apartment was left absolutely spotless. The cleaning crew went above and beyond my expectations. The value of the price was amazing as well. I have tried many other cleaning services in Nashville, and this is the only service I would recommend. They were just amazing.

They do not really clean your house at all. Looks OK on the surface if you do not look too closely, but it is not really clean. Also, every week was a guessing game as to when they were going to show up regardless of what Betty, the owner of the business, told me. One of the girls broke an antique lamp. Did not say a word. I called them immediately to come back and find the broken piece Not only did they never come back but she never paid me for the lamp. She told me by text. I am at church, I will pay you tomorrow. I have never seen the money. Lousy cleaning and completely untrustworthy. Every week you will have somebody different coming to your house also. The people I have now are 5000% better. They cost me $50 more but the difference is night and day. Do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches. Do not hire these people.

Betty and her team did an awesome job. I met Betty last week through a chance encounter, and she gave me a card. I followed up, and she quoted me a fair price and did quick, efficient work with a team of three. All of the base boards, windows, dirty dishes, laundry was all cleaned very thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend her, and Iâ m happy to be a reference as well to any others who are considering her services. I will be using her moving forward!

Betty and her crew consistently do an excellent job making my house feel clean and cozy. I look forward to their visits and love how much I am able to relax knowing my house is nice and sparkling! They listen to my requests and I trust them implicitly. Always flexible, willing to change dates or time as I need it and have now even offered to help me pack and clean as I move out! Iâ ll be sad to not have them any longer once I move away. Prices are incredibly fair and affordable and worth it! If you are thinking of getting some help, or just want to treat yourself to less things to do, I canâ t recommend Betty and her crew at Nissi enough!
