"I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. "Neil Umphress explained exactly how he would complete the installation of insulation in my attic including the type of material he would use. When a problem was encountered he discussed how it could be handled and left the decision to me. They worked all day with a lunch break Then another problem occurred and I thought they wouldn’t be able to finish in a day, but they pushed through, cleaned up and even insulated an area that was not in the contract just because it needed it. I have more work and will definitely call Neil Umphress to do it."
