"SP Fence is the Best! We selected SP Fence after noting they were the highest rated company on several sites. They wouldn’t let a thing like a pandemic get in the way of serving their customers. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! I got them off Angie's List and they were great! They were in my area and they had the highest rating. I talked to three fence people al off Angie's List and they were the only ones that would actually do it. One company, they advertise that they do off Angie's List but they said they don't do aluminium fencing. They came out and looked but said 'we really don't do aluminium fencing". The other one said they don't do it- over the phone. I Guess they had no time. I know North West Is a very large company but they came out and did excellent. They did some wonderful work. They are quick and neat. They did a great job.

"Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."
