" Wojciech was professional from beginning to end. He showed up on time for both estimate and to perform the work. He said it would take two days but should up with extra help and knocked it out in one day. during the estimate he listened to everything I said and had grout color bars that I could actually put in the joints so I could better see how the final color choice would look, I liked that allot.  The walls have several doors and some trim work alone stairs and adjacent walls and I was concerned how it end up transitioning .I was also worried that the trim would get stained or damaged. Well I have to say that they did an excellent job grouting up to the trim with a perfect transition. And the trim was not damaged or stained. It looked as good as I had hoped and done very quickly. I was using my tax return to pay for the work but I had not received my return as quickly as I had hoped and asked to reschedule, but Wojciech said he would keep his appointment and I could pay him when I go my return. Which turns out was only the next day, but I thought that was very trusting of him anyway. Especially when no one trust anyone now a days. My one very miner complaint would be they could have sweep up better, but keep in mined my wife says I'm too anal/picky. In all I love the final product and I am very happy. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!
