Jadwiga Cleaning Service

When I first moved to Flossmoor I used a company who office is in flossmoor. After theft occured I terminated the service. A neighbor suggested Jadwiga cleaning services. Jadwiga is the best!! I've used them for almost twenty years and I'm never disappointed. My house looks amazing after their service. Never had bad services or any other unfortunate issues in the years I've used them . I highly recommend jadwiga!

Jadwiga Cleaning Service did a fabulous job. My house hadn't be well cleaned since my wife died almost 3 years ago. It certainly hadn't been cleaned and quot;top to bottomand quot; and, frankly, not cleaned much at all since she died. They worked for 8 straight hours and cleaned all surfaces, even the fan blades and inside the stove and the refrigerator! I am putting my home up for sale and I must say they single handily helped make my home look fabulous. Even the realtor was impressed.

I have them every two weeks. I do like their services, they show up on time when they are late, they will call you and inform you that they will be arriving late. They are every reliable and they do nice jobs.

The owner, Liliana was very responsive and came to my mother's house with another woman to do the cleaning (this woman didn't speak English, but my mother didn't have a problem communicating). They were about a half-hour late, which was surprising, as they had asked to come earlier in the morning. But other than that small glitch, the housekeeper did a good job on my mother's home for a reasonable price. And as I was paying for the service, Liliana agreed to have me mail her a check in payment. It all went smoothly and I am very pleased.

We would really like to have Maria back. We did have to cut back hours as my wife was home and I am retired, so we went from biweekly to monthly. Maria then didn't show for a couple months and we would really like to have her back. She did a great job and she knows what we like to have in a housekeeper. I'm not sure if she was unhappy that the hours were cut, but my wife is back to work and we are hoping to have Maria back for biweekly cleanings. If we can't get Maria back then we will switch agencies. We had tried to call Jawiga Cleaning Services and they have yet to return our calls. My grades are based on Maria, not on the agency. The agency has not responded to help us reach Maria and that is why they have not been responsive or punctual. Maria was good and we would like to have her back.

They do an excellent job. Their workers are trustworthy. I have recomended them to my neighbors.

I found their service an excellent one and I am comfortable leaving the housekeeper in the house when I am not there (although I don't provide a key; that's just personal preference) they do a thorough job.

If I could give triple A's, I would! Valentina is meticulous about cleaning. She doesn't miss a trick, and even cleans the blind slats individually! She even makes flowers out of tissue boxes and puts triangles on the paper towels and toilet paper. She will do anything that I ask her to do, like cleaning out the refrigerator or washing a window. Other companies that I have used in the past tell me what they do and do not do other things that I may need. I am very pleased at my sparkling house and I would absolutely recommend Valentina to anyone! She is as pleasant as can be and is very productive when she is here. The only problem is that she does not speak English, but I can always call the office if I need a translator.

They clean every other week and she does a good job with the cleaning.

During the first visit, I told the leader what type of service I was looking for-regular housecleaning including laundry. Every 2 weeks. She quoted a price of approx. $100/visit. I agreed. They've been coming every since. I am satisfied. The same woman is assigned to my house. When she has been unavailable they make sure someone comes, but of course you get used to your "regular" person. They do an excellent job-there can be language barrier challenges but nothing insurmountable, they are prompt and professional. I plan to retain them indefinitely.

THESE WOMEN DO A FABULOUS JOB! THE WOMAN ASSIGNED TO OUR HOUSE ARRIVES BETWEEN 7:30-8:00AM. SHE IS IN OUR HOME FOR 8 HOURS. SHE IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.(I.E. WASHING & FOLDING LAUNDRY) THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS INCREDIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE.
