"The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. They moved all the furniture and stored it carefully in the area I designated. Their team did an excellent job and were easy to work with during the entire process. They fixed / replaced flooring where it was damaged and made new thresholds where they did not feel they could properly sand the existing ones in place. The new threshold is solid oak and even looks better than the original. The floors look amazing and brand new even though they are over 100 years old. Carpets were just slightly damp when he left and totally dry in a couple of hours. We are senior citizens.
