"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"Jeremy (owner) spent a considerable amount of his time with us reviewing options related to our home repairs.We had a severe hail storm causing extensive damage to our house. Jeremy worked with our insurance adjuster to secure approval for repairs.I believe that without his knowledge we would not have received the required repairs and quality of replacement materials used on our house.He is very active in the industry attending regular seminars keeping informed with current products and procedures.In addition to in person meetings Jeremy was always available via cell phone. "Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"

"We used AOM because of the positive ratings on Angies list. Those positive ratings are well deserved. David and his crew painted approximately 90% of the interior of our home. A couple of the rooms were real problem areas but they did an excellent job of "recovering" them. They looked like brand new rooms when they were done. Their overall work certainly met our needs and expectations. Communication with David was very good. If there was one minor drawback - it took a bit longer than expected. This was due to them having to juggle some of their personnel and probably our problem rooms took longer than planned. Net, net, not a major deal though. Definitely appreciated getting the Angies list and Senior discounts. They  worked hard, they were professional, they were honest, and most importantly, they follow up to make sure the job is done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend AOM and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
