I called for someone to come look at our roof after hail and tornado damage and they had someone out within a day and then we had our new roof within a month. All questions were answered thoroughly and with quick response. I didn’t have to deal with insurance because that was taken care of for us. We highly recommend river city roofing for your roofing needs!

Amazing, is all I can say. They got back to me immediately with a bid. One week later they were out tearing off the old roof, repairing all the damaged wood and leaks. Putting on a new beautiful roof all in less than 2 days. They were so considerate about all my yard decorations and covered all plants and shrubs. The clean-up was fabulous all around my house and surrounding neighbors yards. Not a speck of material was left anywhere on the yard. I would highly recommend this roofing company and it's workers. Excellent workmanship from start to finish.

During a tornado in November, 2013, I had some shingles that were torn off the back side of my house. River City Roofing did an excellent job fixing my roof. A couple of months later, shingles on the front of my house came loose from a wind storm so I called them and they were there the next day and took care of it - no charge. I would highly recommend this company for all roofing needs.

Wow, just wow. My interactions with River City Roofing from the initial quote to clean-up were great. Not only did they offer good pricing and answer all my questions, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. I needed the roofing done before I listed my house for sale, so River City worked me in within just a few weeks and well ahead of the date of listing my house. Not all companies would do that. Also their crew was great. Not all crews would let a homeowner stand around and learn from them all day. They answered my questions and showed me some tips. I now feel relatively confident I could do the roofing myself next time. A great group of guys. Overall a great experience! I would do business with them again in a heart beat.

The roofing crew started on a very cold and windy day in February. The wind made the site kind of a mess. One of the crew supervisors showed up early the next morning and upon seeing the site was very apologetic. The site was there and cleaned up promptly. As with any job. There are always little things that can happen and you can Judge a Business on how they respond to those problems. I had a small area where the siding was cracked by the roofers and river city was quick to send a crew out to do the repair satisfactorily.

We called them in the middle of the season and they were still able to work us in, even though they were busy. They were here for almost an hour giving us a detailed inspection and explanation of cost and what they were going to provide. The gentleman who did our estimate even caulked two holes in my roof to temporarily fix leaks until my new roof was installed. This was before we even agreed to have them replace the roof. I gave them a B on Responsiveness only because after we turned in our signed acceptance of the estimate we did not hear from them for over a month and my husband called and emailed a few times trying to get a date set for the install. We were always able to contact SOMEONE. Just played phone tag with the person who needed to set up our install. The install was completed on schedule and looks great. They cleaned up any mess - I think I found one old nail on my patio in the backyard. The new roof is working great and is much more eye pleasing than the old one.

This firm has been around a long time and wad middle of the road on price and had good reviews, so we picked them. Really nice to deal with about fixing a problem at no charge before our install date arrived. Cleaned up the worksite really well. Rather profane vocabulary shouted loud enough to hear through walls and windows, thus the professionalism score. No leaks so far. Would use again.

Prompt, professional and quality work. Cleaned up each evening. Only complaint is that they did not reinstall the gutters they took down leaving my driveway a skating rink this winter.

We had several companies visit our home to quote our roof and siding. Tim with River City was the only company was not pushy at all. He made me feel like he cared more about getting my job done right than getting the most money out of me. The crew on site was very professional and did quick work. Several years later the roof is in great condition. Within a year we had an issue with the gutters during a rain storm. I called River City that morning and within two hours they had someone on site fixing the gutters. I don't expect every job to be perfect, but I do expect the level of response and profesionalism we received from River City Roofing. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
