"Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc."

"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"Received an unsolicited phone call about home projects. I indicated some gutter repair. They pushed to set an appointment for quote. I said sure. After appointment was set the marketer mentioned my wife also had to be home. I told them my wife works differing hours. The marketer said the "rule" could be waived, Appointment came and went. I called the All American office and one of the same young ladies said owner refused to waive the rule. And that she tried to call me. I have call logs on all my phones-no call showed. Very unprofessional and at the least miss leading business practices."
