"First, this is nearly a 100 year old house.  So we had no idea what we would find as we started the work.  Old remodel work is obviously more difficult / challenging than new construction. 

They showed up when they said they would.  If there was a change to the schedule, Joe called to let me know.  I cannot imagine much better communication about a project.  

There were a few curve balls, and they dealt with them professionally.  It was a cramped space and they dealt with that.  They also had to work in a closet, above their head, to get to the old shower drain removed / installed.  That was not an easy task.
