"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

They got extremely busy during the permit process with sevral emergency jobs that did cause a minor delay, however we would not consider that to be any sort of a detriment. "They are excellent. I am a truck driver and not home very much. I needed my pipes winterized so they wouldn't freeze. The antifreeze is non-toxic. They drained my hot water heaters, put the antifreeze in. He turned off the water and made sure that it was winterized. I could turn the heat off. I thought it was high until, I realized they used two cases of antifreeze, and it is expensive. They were professional, courteous, and no issues. The price was good. I have no complaints with anything they did. I had to make an appointment, because they are busy. It took a while for them to come out on time and they showed up on time. Everything was good. They provided a good quality service at a reasonable price."
