He then went to bathroom sink bc it was also leaking and told me I needed a new faucet. He came back 1 week later and replaced All of it! He looked and clearly explained what the problem was, why we needed to replace the sump pump, how long it would take, etc. He went out right away to get the pump, was back in less than one hour, replaced the pump, and the final bill was less than the estimate. I cannot recommend his company highly enough."
