"I hired Closet Organizing Systems to design and install shelving for a linen closet and a complete master closet.  I received an immediate response after emailing the company, and the consultant scheduled an appointment a few days later.  She was very helpful and listened to all of my needs, and was also able to make some suggestions that I ended up including in the project.  I received an estimate and renderings the following day, and signed the contract after a few minor changes.  The work was scheduled for several weeks later, and the installer was very courteous and a pleasure to work with.  I am very pleased with both closets and would definitely recommend COS.
