"Acted impatiently when submitting review. TV is set at proper mounting height. I talked to another installer and was told this is the way it is supposed to be mounted. As a matter of fact, it is mounted so securely he said he could hang off TV and it still wouldn't come off wall. Ray has followed up by email because there was a miscommunication, again, my fault, about the cable covering. He has even said he would come out an rehang TV. I hope this clears up my rating.
