"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

They returned a week later without the slot drilled and tried to convince us to glue it. They have stopped returning calls after taking my money. This is a horrible company, with poor services and no pride in their work. Stay far away from these clowns."
