"Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

"Acculevel was great to deal with from start to finish. The guys thaf came out was in and out did not even have to take time off work. It was so easy to pay also with my busy life that is all plus. "They came and unblocked one chimney and replaced the cap that others looked at and just left. Installed a new cap on the chimney for my fireplace that I wasn't able to use for the last 4 years. Anthony is very knowledgeable and is awesome at his job!"

"The foundation wall developed a vertical crack and because of the rain in the week before Christmas 2012 I had my basement flooded and had water gushing through the crack, which was masked behind some drywall panels.
I called American Crawlspace and the office made an appointment to have a tech come over and give me a quote. They also gave me the cell phone of the tech, by the name of Larry, who promised me that if he can fix and if I agree to the price he will do it at the time of the first visit.
Sure enough, Larry came and gave me a good price, and after I had agreed to it he went to work right away. He was professional, polite, and patient and answered all my questions.
What was even more reassuring is that he gave me a transferable lifetime warranty for the work that he performed.
I will definitely use them in the future should I have more problems of the same kind."
