Our landscaping business is family oriented, has been running for about 11 years providing the best possible care for any requests that have been asked. Our staff is from 2-4 workers usually , the boss is always with our workers. Especially when do projects such as patios, big tree removals, patios building we expect a down payment at first then after the work is finished the other half of payment would be required. If hired by the customer the billing process is custom such as the boss in charge will personally go and give an estimate of the property once reviewing it and looking it over

A Bartlett based business that moves and delivery large items that the average consumer can not fit in their car. I am a college student studying business, and started this business less than a year ago to help pay for college. I offer more flexibility in availability and prices than more developed businesses. I use a Ford F-150 pickup truck, and a 12'*6' enclosed trailer for larger deliveries. Please call (630)780-0412 for a quote or more information.

At Bustos Contracting we are a family owned business that treats every project like if it were our own house. We offer discounts to our first time customers. We offer quality work and will make sure your dream project is to your expectations.

"Absolute worst decision to go with this group of scammers. This is not a company, just bunch of pathetic liars especially Conan Bustos. Just like the other reviewer said, they came in under budget and did everything to get the job. It was an entire home remodeling project. If I go into details of what went wrong and what they did throughout 6 months this review will probably be 10 pages long. Every single day was a lie. Every small thing was a lie. No one was living in the house, day in and day out they lied about what was being done, when they come in, when they leave. And just like textbook liars, every time when confronted with evidence they would do anything for you to believe that you are wrong. Whenever it was undeniable they he would claim that one of his family members were in hospital , or someone died, or another pathetic lie. As for the job itself, the quality of their work is nonexistent. Every single thing they did had to be redone including putting plumber’s putty when they couldn’t run it properly, running electrical wires in plastic tubes that are not meant to be used in homes for many reasons including safety, wrong installation of 14 ft beam. Never used a level, every single 2x4 was unleveled. Every tile he out in is unleveled. They would paint the ceiling without patching, without Finishing structural work. It’s just too much to mention in a single review. At the end, they run away from job site with big chunk of my money and tons of problems left behind. Good thing is I have evidence of all of these in text messages and emails as well as recordings and photos. Now that I hired an actual contractor who got the job done in 2 months, I am preparing paperwork to sue these scammers. What’s funny is that they realized they are getting exposed, shut down their Facebook page with lots of negative reviews and opened another one. At the same time they are running ads on all Facebook groups in the area trying to scam more people. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people!!!"

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

That depends on the size of your snow blower and how efficiently it uses fuel. Most snow blowers will last between 1 and 2 hours on a full tank of gas. Larger blowers tend to use fuel more quickly and need refilling more often.

Keep in mind, the average snow blowing project for a home driveway takes around 30 minutes. Large driveways and yards will take around an hour. A full tank of gas should be more than enough for snow removal, although the height of the snowfall will have an effect, too.

Some commercial services use sand when clearing ice, but that’s to add instant traction, not to melt the ice. While you can scatter kitty litter, sand, or similar substances on steps, paths, or porches to improve safety during icy conditions, they won’t help melt hardened ice. Rely on salt or other de-icing methods to fully melt away stubborn ice.

You should check with your insurance provider, but generally, ice dam removal is not covered by insurance, as it’s considered a preventable issue. However, damage from ice dams may be covered by your policy, including roof collapses. In the case of leaks, your belongings may or may not be covered. If you can’t find specific information on ice dam removal in your policy, give the insurance company a call and find out.

Heavy amounts of snow could be a problem. In many climates, lots of snow on your rooftop can lead to freeze-thaw cycle that create ice dams, which can damage rooftops. But if you’re using shingle clips, this snow poses an additional problem: As it melts and freezes, it can easily dislodge clips you’ve placed on your roof.

You can clean snow off your roof after a fresh snowfall while it’s still lightweight, but brushing off snow can also dislodge your clips. If you get a lot of snow, then roof clips become less viable.

It’s the reverse of home de-winterization. To winterize, you purge your plumbing system (including your water heater and all piping) of water. Some experts also recommend filling fixtures with an antifreeze solution. Other tasks involve winterizing sprinklers, sealing foundation vents, check weatherproofing around doors and windows, and more.
