I can not stress how helpful, thoughtful and considerate he is. He will explain in detail and review with you , also in detail, what type of work is expected. Whether you have exact specs or need guidance, whether you have a broad budget or narrow scope, Jim has the knowledge to complete the task or even guide you in the right direction. I would like to personally thank him for a complicated ceiling install for a new 11.2.4 system even in a non dedicated AV space. Founded in 1991 by Bill Marks, Computer Training & Support started as a small company to provide individuals one-on-one on-site computer tutoring/training. In 1993, our company was written up in the Pioneer Press pointing out our presence to new computer users. Since then, we have been recognized by various newspapers and media. At the beginning of 1995, when computers gained popularity, CT&SS started to offer classes in local Park District Facilities bringing instruction into the backyards of homes and small businesses. To this day, CT&SS continues to offer both one-on-one on-site hands-on tutoring plus affordable small group classes in Chicago land Park District facilities ranging from $25 - $175. Our classes are offered primarily to the beginner but also to the intermediate and advanced computer user. Everything we offer provides repetition and challenge to enlighten computing in the present era.
