"Fast professional install, competent and customer friendly employees. Had one small issue and they came out within 24 hours and resolved the issue. A literal five minute fix but handled with cheerfulness and competence even though a regular plumber/installer would have found the repair barely worth their time. I would hire them again in a minute."

"The people on the phone and the workers that worked at my house were fantastic. Damien and Ernest were the installer's top rate people. Jack, their license plumber was polite and funny. The only person we didn't care for was Keith He only stopped by to look at what was going on. He was a little rude to my wife and Made her feel Like she was second class in her own home. We Were very shocked by that. We would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to our friends."

"Contacted me fairly quick. My job was actually a little small for this company bu Jack was very informative and professional"

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"This company is outstanding. I can not sing them enough praises."

"Excellent service and quality installation. Totally clean install and done in 3 days as it was an oversize area. They were creative in filling in the extra area with a counter. The crew was delightful, quiet and respectful. I highly recommend American Standard Walk-In Tubs!"

"I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from sales (Michael ) to the installation foreman (Aaron and his team) was nothing but professional, â ¦took time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. I can not praise them enoughâ ¦it was a very challenging installation and they made sure everything was done correctly.
