Went extremely well. After initial call in the evening, owner called the next morning to ascertain the degree of the emergency. We agreed the leak was minor at the time and could wait 2 days while office handled emergency water main repair elsewhere. Company was upfront on how quickly they can and can't respond. On the agreed schedule, date, and time the plumber showed up to replace the water heater. His work was quick and professional, and he cleaned up after himself. The Bill was less than quoted elsewhere. This is one of those few "go-to" companies for plumbing issues. I have not used their heating service but will soon.
