"Robert claimed he could remove stains that the previous carpet cleaner failed to remove, just a few weeks earlier. He lived up to his word completely. He was courteous, professional, and timely. We have quite a few commercial rental units, and a few residential units. We'll be using Robert in the future for sure. He even reached out the day after to see if we were completely satisfied. As I stated, we were satisfied, but if we hadn't been, I suspect he would have offered to come back at no charge to address the concern. That level of customer service, and the way he takes pride in the results he delivers, makes Strictly Business Cleaning a go-to vendor."

"Mike did an excellent job!
We discussed proper access to my condo unit and confirmed that it could be done before I placed my order. Once purchased, I locked in a date with Mike over a few messages. Mike arrived on the date scheduled and went over the process as he was working, he also had me point out any problem areas that may need more attention. By the time he was complete the carpets looked brand new! The carpets are a very light color and there were some spots I thought would not be completely fixable (i.e. you would still see some traces after cleaning). But, the cleaning exceeded my expectations and there is no sign of prior problem areas.
I would have no problem hiring Mike again, and will be contacting him in the future for work on my furniture (couch).
