And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Robert claimed he could remove stains that the previous carpet cleaner failed to remove, just a few weeks earlier. He lived up to his word completely. He was courteous, professional, and timely. We have quite a few commercial rental units, and a few residential units. We'll be using Robert in the future for sure. He even reached out the day after to see if we were completely satisfied. As I stated, we were satisfied, but if we hadn't been, I suspect he would have offered to come back at no charge to address the concern.
