"The previous sewer company claimed my sewer line was completely blocked after "their attempts" rodding and jetting the line. Their solution was the need to excavate and replace a new section of sewer pipe, which also would tear apart part of my driveway. Since it wasn't an emergency yet, I wanted a second opinion. Luckily, I turned to Angi's list and reached out for another quote. Tim responded promptly & was confident to try and see what's going on, first with his camera and then using a very small claw which could open up the line. Fortunately he was honest and right as he got thru the blockage and proceeded to use larger claws to fully rod out and clean the entire sewer line to the street, saving me a small fortune along with the aggravation dealing with the possible need of excavation and replacement of the sewer line. "I called "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services" on a Wednesday to get an estimate on a job and Scott and Mike came out. I had a pipe that rusted through and was leaking in my crawl space. The section of pipe that was leaking was in between two joists connecting to a 90 degree cast iron elbow with a concrete wall under the section to make it even harder to get to. It was a super tight space. Scott and Mike were very honest and told me up front that it would be extremely difficult to get the section out. They told me they might have to go through the kitchen above and cut into the back wall of the sink to access it. Worst case, they would have to cut through the back of the kitchen sink cabinets. That would obviously be expensive because you then have carpentry work to do after the fix. But if the crawl space option didn't work, there was no other way to do the job without cutting through walls and possibly kitchen cabinets. They gave me an estimate for plan A and plan B. The prices were reasonable but I had a lot of anxiety that plan B could get extremely ugly. I had some other estimates and I heard the same thing. Overall, H20 had competitive prices but the main reason I hired them was because of the confidence Scott and Mike showed when they talked about doing the job. They told me if anyone could get it done it was them. They showed a real sense of pride in their work and their abilities. I called back that night and told them I wanted them to do the job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The next morning Scott and Mike came in ready to go and I crossed my fingers but was expecting plan B to be a given. Miraculously, they were able to break the bad section away from the 90 degree cast iron elbow! I was super excited that they wouldn't have to cut through from the kitchen above! They then replaced the pipe with brand new PVC and added an access trap so we could more easily clean the line out in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services"! I will make sure that any future plumbing work comes their way!"

"Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"We didn't receive the sign off from the city inspector. called Lincoln sewer, a couple of days later paperwork was left in the doorway. A simple receipt signed with the word "passed". The inspectors card was with it. I called him and asked how did the line look out to the street? He said he didn't know cause there was no camera to view the line. I asked him what did he pass then? he said the installation of the cleanout. I called Lincoln sewer, they came out again, re rodded, ran the camera down the line. It was clean from the catch basin to the parkway, but at the curb and beyond there was water in the line and you couldn't see anything. Lincoln sewer seemed to find that odd. they ran 50 ft of rod and camera into the street and the camera, and kept on searching in the street for where the rod or camera had made it do. but couldn't find it. They stated "your drain is fine" those pipes in the street could make a drop off. Me being overtly trusting, I helped load their heavy equipment into the truck and off they went. ........I've been calling the ward office to have the tree causing the problem to be removed, and they told us we should sign up for the city's private drain program, where the city checks the drains and fixes the drain if the problem is in the parkway to the street. I called the city and they said I had to hire a licensed plumber to rod and camera the line with an inspector to sign off on! I told him what took place, and he said, that's not right, call lincoln sewer back and have them camera the line with an inspector present to see it to the street. the permit is good for a year. Infuriated, I called lincoln sewer, only to rudly @#$#@ curse at the nice lady who answers the phone for them. My bigley Bad. Instantly I got a call back ******** me out for my language! I agreed, it wasn't her fault, it was his. We're scheduled for a 3rd time, with a camera and an inspector. I called the nice lady back and apologized. The third and visit is next week. The season pro from Lincoln sewer was upset when he found out no cam was present for the inspector. He felt bad by not being their, I should have been there, but had to leave, do to mom in laws things. But that doesn't change anything. I still coughed up 2800 bucks. Have had no water back up issues since, nobody likes paying for a service that was sold to me, then not getting it. A city inspector didn't look at a camera and inspect my drain from beginning to the street. There could still be a problem, and there shouldn't be. A lot of Ugliness has happened and is still happening. None of this would have occurred if the camera was there for the inspector to view as contracted on the the first visit. I'm upset, the nice ladies upset, the Lincoln sewer is upset. But I still don't have proof from the city that things things are good as promised or paid for."

"Dave and Nick came to rod our sewer line earlier today. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and completed the work quickly. They took time with their "sewer-cam" to figure out where our sewer lines run (its an old house) and based on that were able to access the line from outside the house. That ended up being cheaper and cleaner. Highly recommended."
