Gave me an estimate over the phone and was out the next day, which was huge for me since I was leaving for vacation that evening after work and had somebody house sitting. John showed up within his scheduled time slot and did the job as he said he would do and even worked around my Corvette that my wife was afraid to move. The only reason I didn't give them an A for quality is that I think the springs that were on the door before were more heavy duty and the door doesn't seem to go up as fast as it did, and I should have requested a heavier spring. I will recommend them as well as call them in the future if I have any garage door needs.
