You will be working directly with the owner of the company, so you can be sure that your are taken care of correctly. Phillip moved to illinois in 2016 and started his business. He has been doing landscaping since 2000 and has his degree in Horticulture and in business. His construction experience is various from growing up on a farm, where his family together, build their own home, to working for other companies on various projects, to flipping properties. "Well , I would give it a zero star if I could. We scheduled an appointment after we spoke with one of the representatives at our local fall festival. He seemed great and we are in the market for replacing our windows and siding. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at one PM. They called on Friday and verified the appointment for the following day. One o'clock came and went and at one thirty I called the business and was transferred to an answering service. The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch. Two days later and no contact. The company was a no call no show for the appointment that they had verified the day before! Zero professionalism, respect, or regard for potential clients with a decent sized job! Grateful we dodged that nightmare before it started!"
