Flooring sales and flooring installation, we have a showroom to help with flooring selections and designs. We also provide cleaning services and water restoration services to central Illinois. We offer services to residential and commercial clients. We are the premier choice for commercial and residential carpet, grout, and tile cleaning in central Illinois. Commercial clients can choose to have us construct a maintenance plan for all their floor cleaning needs and we can make sure the plan will fit in their budget. Residential clients also have choices - we specialize in steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, and area rugs. We also can help with a pet odor/urine treatment for their carpeting as we do the cleaning process. We can also help our clients protect their flooring investment with a 3M Scotchgard treatment. So as you can see we try to help our clients get the most out of their flooring along with protecting their investments that they have made in their flooring and in their homes with the use of our water damage restoration service.

Due to water damage, we had to install new flooring. Ben assisted us with the restoration process. He also has a beautiful showroom of new flooring. We've purchased carpet for our living room, halls and 2 bedrooms and vinyl plank tiles for our foyer, kitchen and laundry area. We're very pleased with our results!"

"Terrible. Floor boards replaced and they looked great originally but eight months later the floor is sinking and mr. Sandless says there is nothing they can do. Paid $1200 and the floors don’t look any different. The best part of the work was the board replacement and now that’s a loss. Would never hire again. Rude to my wife…yelling “ I ain’t moving no stove”. Just awful but we endured it hoping to see floors that were shiny and beautiful…going to just replace entire floor."

"We used Cardinal Cleaning for house cleaning every other week for several months. Although things were good at first, as time went on, the quality of cleaning provided gradually decreased. In addition, although we had requested (and been promised) several times to get a discount while one of our bedrooms was under renovation (and therefore did not need cleaning), no discount was every credited to our account. If Cardinal Cleaning had been able to maintain their initial quality and service, we might still be using them. However, with the decreased quality of service of provided, we have decided to switch to another cleaning service."

The owner of the installation business was competent, but his employee was not. It was his employee who installed the flooring. The trim is not made by the company that manufactures the flooring. That would have been nice to know before I bought it. It took two weeks to get the flooring. The trim was installed three weeks after the flooring was installed. Not a good match, but the store was satisfied. The contractor had to spend time doing what his employee had not done, such things as affixing the door stops to the floor, attaching the base panel to the dishwasher and securing it and more. It was a miserable seven weeks long process. I will consider having a general contractor match the trim and replace the material that was installed. Right now, I just want my house back. "
