I called Resillient and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when he returned my call within 2 hours and was able to meet me within the week. He came and looked over the place and left me a bid the same day. At that point, we felt it was a fair bid and decided to set an appointment. He had no complaints about having to work overnight on Saturday to get the job done so that we did not lose business hours.
The job took more cleaning time than he had allotted, but he did not ask for more money. He spent the extra time making sure the floor -- even the corners -- were clean. And then the waxing and buffing made the entire area shine.
We will be using his services in the future and would highly recommend him for any floor waxing that you may need done.
