Cardinal Cleaning

We used Cardinal Cleaning for house cleaning every other week for several months. Although things were good at first, as time went on, the quality of cleaning provided gradually decreased. In addition, although we had requested (and been promised) several times to get a discount while one of our bedrooms was under renovation (and therefore did not need cleaning), no discount was every credited to our account. If Cardinal Cleaning had been able to maintain their initial quality and service, we might still be using them. However, with the decreased quality of service of provided, we have decided to switch to another cleaning service.

Did a good job.

Two persons arrived, spent two hours cleaning and I had to clean an additional 45 minutes after they left to make clean the floors, walls and other surfaces they did not clean. I had to clean many areas that showed dirt and grease on walls and floors which the persons did not provide any "elbow grease" necessary to clean. They wanted payment in full when done, yet provided no billing statement or receipt of payment.

We have been using Cardinal several months now. It's not easy to find a dependable, quality house cleaner these days. So far, we are quite pleased with them. They are thorough, friendly, neat, unobtrusive as possible, and reasonably priced.

He came by did a full walk through of the house, asked many questions and explained in detail what they would do and what products they would use.  He was very thorough.  His teams showed up on time and did a good job.
