"10/30/2019 work was performed to install one antenna, one pre-amplifier and 12 Volt DC transformer with power inserter. Initially antenna performed as expected. I don't know the exact date, but I think it was approximately 12/23/2019 that I wasn't getting very good reception. In fact I wasn't even receiving channel 13 at all. I eventually checked the power supply and power injector and determined that the Ktec AC adapter (power supply) Model: KA12D120030033U had stopped working. I decided to relocate another antenna that I had originally installed in my attic. I relocated it to a lower portion of my antenna tower. I received a strong signal on all local channels. I brought the non-working transformer to Prime Time Video on Friday 12/27/2019 and requested a replacement. I was told by the Service Manager that they didn't have one in stock and he would try to get one from one of their service vehicles or order one. He said he would call me on Monday 12/30/2019 to let me know the status. He didn't call me. Tuesday 12/31/2019 I stopped in to inquire about a replacement Power supply that I was told I would receive. I was surprised and disappointed. I'll try to quote as accurately as possible . The service manager brought me the defective power supply that their technician installed and laid it on the counter. He said "We did not install this and have never installed this brand"!? I told the service manager that YES they did install it and then he quickly did an about face and left the counter and returned to the back room. Then a second employee approached the counter and I quietly explained what had transpired and eventually left the store."
