After we've thoroughly cleaned and inspected the inside of your fireplace, we then check out the condition of the outside of the chimney. If we find anything wrong while we are on the roof, we will take pictures to show you. We will then go over a estimate with you to decide whether you'd like to proceed with the recommended repairs. Most repairs can be made the same day unless we need to special order some parts. Our customers say that we are courteous, prompt, fair, thorough and clean!

At 11:40, received a message that someone was on my way. A customers time is just as valuable as the service provider. This company does not seem to understand this position. I imagine they put me on the pay no mind list because it was only for the installation of a couple of items. I don't think the bill would have been more than a couple of hundred of dollars. I was actually going to have them give me a quote for a generator and expecting a cost somewhere between 5 and 7thousand. There are a lot of electrical companies out there. Use someone else. Alternatively, if you do use them expect them to be late."
