A couple weeks later when it came in they replaced it. We felt bad for the guys that did the work because it was the two hottest days of the summer. They did an amazing job while working in the heat. Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed.
