It was quick and stress free.

Everything fell into place nice. There was no worries or stress I felt at ease with my contractor and did a great job and finished up quick .This is a company I told my family to use because there good people to work with and stand by there word and finish in a very good timely matter. 10+

The siding crew did a great job! Very polite and cleaned up! I love my new roof and siding on both home and rental house.

My wife and I initially contacted David Orsi from Padilla Contracting to come out and inspect/repair our roof, based on the reviews we read on Angie's List. Back in August of 2020, we fell victim to a Derecho in Iowa which did damage to a lot of house around us. The only damage we suffered was to our siding. Prior to that, back in April 2020, we took some roof damage because of a hail storm. David came out and said he was going to inspect our roof an siding, get us a quote, and that we should expect to see them begin work on our house no later than the last week of October. Again, this was back in August. We are now in December as I type this, and there has been zero work done to our house. However, we did pay a down payment of $7,000. When it has taken this long with nothing to show for it, we are asking for our money back. He was consistently late (sometimes two hours) when showing up to discuss details, and David is near to impossible to get a hold of; either by email, or texting. I tried calling, but that ended in hearing that his voicemail box was full. I now know that I will not pay any contracting company until the work has actually been done. That was an error on my part. My second error was not researching this company more thoroughly. Had I done so, I would have looked elsewhere very quickly and I highly encourage you, reader, to do the same.

It is taking a long time to get the work done. They did not keep me very well informed. They never called me to let me know what to expect and they not keep me well informed about anything. I would call and they never anwserd their phones and hardly returned my phone calls. I am still waiting for my skylights and gutters to be put on. The damaged was done on April 7th, 2020.

The work looks good. They were pretty responsive and professional. The price was reasonable.

They're awesome and hard workers. They just got the job done.

The guy did an excellent and superb job. They were fast, accurate, and excellent. We didn't had to call them because they showed up every morning. They were great bunch of guys, only one spoke english and they were fun to be around.
