"Gene the plaster guy was so professional? He covered every thing so well that there was no dust in the house! He was on time and my ceiling he repaired looks excellent. He was a big help in explaining how and when to paint the ceiling. His work is top notch, he is a true artist. He did everything he promised and then some! Dennis Vance was a man of his word... He returned my call the next day and asked when it would be a good time to get together and look at what needed to be done... He was running a little late from another appointment and he called to tell me (I greatly appreciate that in someone)and gave me another time just a few hours later... He looked over and listened to all I had to say and gave me a price which was much lower than I had anticipated...  We discussed the time he would show - which was only 2 days later - He again showed promptly went right to work and before the end of the day I was very happy - especially when he cleaned and swept the areas he had worked in and after inspection was pleased to write him a check...   During the process He was quite the gentleman and we talked about may issues, he was just a fun man to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about general issues (politics, hunting, home repair) - but really mattered most - plastering... which he has been doing from childhood helping his father and grandfather, which were also plasterers.

Do not hesitate to hire this individual -

This was the first time I had met him, but I asked for some cards of his business and he gave me several, which I have already started to disperse.....

"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"

"Once they were actually into the project, they found an architectural flaw which caused the problem.  For a very modest additional fee, they corrected the flaw and provided a sound, dry and visually appealing result.  They were very easy to work with and followed through as promised in regards to schedule, appointments and results!!  Would definitely hire them again!!!"

Depending on how much adhesive was used as well as the strength of the adhesive, you may have some drywall damage when removing a mirror. You can typically repair most drywall damage if it’s small by sanding the damaged area, applying spackle to smooth the damaged section so it’s flush with the rest of the wall, and repainting the area.

While it’s most common to sand plaster dry, it is possible to wet-sand plaster, too. Doing so can reduce the amount of plaster dust released into the air and make it easier to work in smaller, more delicate areas (such as around wall trim). However, some people find that wet sanding leads to more imperfections, which is why larger walls are more often dry sanded to ensure an even finish.

If your premixed drywall mud is dried out or has begun to set in the bucket, you may be able to revive it by adding warm water and stirring. However, the first and most important step is to scrape off any hard, dried bits of drywall that may have accumulated toward the top of the container and throw them away because they will not easily reconstitute back into the drywall mud mix.

Regular inspections and cleaning to prevent moisture or pest issues.

It may take a bit of patience and trial and error to match your particular drywall texture type when making repairs. For orange peel or knockdown finishes, use a spray texture product or a thinned joint compound applied with a roller or sponge. Practice on scrap drywall or cardboard first. Once dry, lightly sand and prime before painting.
