"Gene the plaster guy was so professional? He covered every thing so well that there was no dust in the house! He was on time and my ceiling he repaired looks excellent. Dennis Vance was a man of his word... He returned my call the next day and asked when it would be a good time to get together and look at what needed to be done... He was running a little late from another appointment and he called to tell me (I greatly appreciate that in someone)and gave me another time just a few hours later... He looked over and listened to all I had to say and gave me a price which was much lower than I had anticipated...  We discussed the time he would show - which was only 2 days later - He again showed promptly went right to work and before the end of the day I was very happy - especially when he cleaned and swept the areas he had worked in and after inspection was pleased to write him a check...   During the process He was quite the gentleman and we talked about may issues, he was just a fun man to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about general issues (politics, hunting, home repair) - but really mattered most - plastering... which he has been doing from childhood helping his father and grandfather, which were also plasterers.

Do not hesitate to hire this individual -

This was the first time I had met him, but I asked for some cards of his business and he gave me several, which I have already started to disperse.....

"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"

"Once they were actually into the project, they found an architectural flaw which caused the problem.  For a very modest additional fee, they corrected the flaw and provided a sound, dry and visually appealing result.  They were very easy to work with and followed through as promised in regards to schedule, appointments and results!!  Would definitely hire them again!!!"
