"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday. It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves). He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it. I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs. Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had. I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well. Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced. The neighbors half was also on the market. Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs. I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings. The repairs were completed a few days later.
