He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it. I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs. Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had. I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.
