He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it. Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had. I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.
