"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

"Called Oscar 6-16-14.  Came out 6-17-14; accessed that the sewer pump had burned out; had brought a replacement with him.  He and his assistant replaced it within half an hour.  Charged $60 for service call and $30 for the half hour.  $410 for the pump.  Very genial and neat in their clean up.  Would recommend.

"Roger was very helpful at a frustrating time in our lives. Everything was going wrong on the new property. His company came in and cleaned off the land and leveled it after digging to find clay and packing new clay on top, so we could set our new home up. He found the water line, electric line, and sewer line. He replace the water and sewer and set the electric pole up for Ameren to connect to. He was amazing, efficient, and capable. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "I called on Friday to inquire about an estimate; Mike came Monday afternoon to give us a quote and repair the roof.  Given the number of competitors that don't even call back, I was impressed with their prompt response.  We knew we had some shingles that had blown off and we knew there was a leak around the vent for the furnace, but we trusted Mike to inspect the rest of the roof and make these and any additional necessary repairs.  He found several more problem areas than we were aware of and also identified a few ways in which our roof was installed improperly, which likely led to the shingles blowing off.  He seemed quite knowledgable and gave us an honest assessment of our roof (which wasn't great news).  He offered ballpark quotes on both cost and timeframe for repairing vs. replacing the roof so we could make a more informed decision.  In the end, we decided to repair for now and replace at some point in the future.
We will have Mike come back to give an official estimate when we are ready to replace the entire roof, but we will also get some estimates from competitors (which we didn't do for this repair; we just wanted it fixed quickly).  We felt like the cost of the repair might have been a bit high considering that the work was completed with only 2-3 hours of labor.
