We had to have new drainage installed to take the water away from the house and had to have our driveway lifted and cracks filled. He cleaned up the area and even later the grass back where he had to dig trenches in our front yard."

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."

get it to open.  The lock essentially "broke off" making it impossible
to open. After finding Dimmett's Home Repair Service here, I decided to give them a shot at it.  Within 30 minutes, the door was open and they even installed the door knob I had purchased.  They made a special trip for the job on their way to another since they couldn't make it the day before.  It was short notice and they came through!  I would most definitely use them again

"I called the office and told them that I had a window that may need replacing. The seal looked like it had broken. They came out within a couple of days and evaluated the situation. They ordered the window and called me back when it was ready for installation. They came out replaced it and removed the old window. They were only here a half hour. They are always prompt and courteous."

"The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
