"I noticed what I thought initially was my above the counter cabinets coming loose from the wall. Mike from Perfect Work was in contact with me and looked at pictures of what I was concerned with. He identified that it was a cosmetic issue, and not the actual cabinets coming away from the wall. He also took the time to come by my place on his way to another job to see it in person. It turned out to be the trim in one area coming loose, and not the cabinets themselves. I know little about cabinetry, so to have someone take the time to allay my fears, was really appreciated. I know this business to be trustworthy and pleasant to work with now, and should the need for home projects come up in the future, I would not hesitate to use Angi, or directly call Perfect Work to do the job. They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. I had looked into refacing with new cabinet and drawer fronts but that was way too pricey. His attention to detail made my cabinets look like new. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work. I would recommend Roman if you need help on certain jobs around the house and I will hire him again for any new projects that come around."
