The presentation was great the prices was good. TJ was the service person that came out very knowledgeable patient answered my questions /7 efficient.

To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine. As to date, I've still never received anything for her referral. 2. I referred my neighbor C Lacey, she received 1 call, and have not spoken to anyone else. 3. My mom's neighbor received a quote, and asked me for a number to provide a call for approval to purchase. I'm very pleased with my windows, but the overall (start to finish) needs serious tweaking, with customer service being the #1 priority.

Mike DiMaggio’s lack of communication or follow-up were disappointing. First person to take measurements did them improperly. Second person to to measurements, Chuck, was very thorough. I felt the Window Nation Team tried very hard after the initial setbacks. Coordination Team and Installers were very professional, timely and friendly. It’s only been a week, but thus far, we are very satisfied with the windows and installation. I hope this is helpful feedback. Sincerely. Dale Anderson

The crew showed up right on time. They were very friendly and polite. They did a wonderful job on the windows and cleaned up all material after. Chris Wellde, Andrea Zamuria and Jessica Kesselring were all extremely helpful throughout the process! Thank you!

The entire installation experience was a nightmare. The morning of the install, the installers showed up only to tell us that they were immediately leaving to drive 6+ hours round trip to get a new truck, leaving our windows uncovered and out on the street. The delay forced us to take another, unexpected, day off of work and find last minute boarding for our dog for the following day, not to mention having to live in a house that was completely torn up in anticipation of the work being done - i.e. furniture in the middle of the room and no blinds or curtains hung. The following day, the installers arrived over an hour late in a U-Haul truck (which could have been obtained the day before without the need to drive 6 hours away), and started the job but did not finish the outside installation due to the weather (which was not a factor had they done the job when originally scheduled). When they finished, they left all of the window stickers on and didn't bother to clean any of the windows/trim from the dirt, mud and rain that had accumulated. When we voiced our frustrations to the company, management was quick to respond and promised us a $200.00 gift card to make up for the inconvenience and wasted vacation day and a $50.00 gift card to make up for the dirty windows. We were initially satisfied with this offer and were willing to chalk the entire thing up to a bad judgment call on the installers' part; however, it is more than a month later and we've still only received the $50.00 gift card. This leads us to believe that we were merely being placated with words and the company had no intentions of living up to its promise to try and make things right. The windows themselves are nice and thankfully so far we have not had any issues, but they also don't strike me as being significantly better than what other companies are offering. And given the lack of trustworthiness and reliability the company has demonstrated towards us, I cannot say the windows are worth the risk. If I had more windows to do, I would go with a different company.

Very well, installers were very professional, fast and efficient, you could tell they new what they were doing. They answered every question I had with courtesy and professionalism.
