He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "They charged me $917 for replacing the inducer motor. I had to call three times for a break down of cost of parts and labor. They said the cost for the motor was $725, and labor was $192. They also charge a $80 fee for coming out. This fee is waved if they do the work. However, the waver was probably added to the cost of the motor. I checked on line for the cost of the motor. It was less than a $100. That is the most I have paid for any kind of service like that. They are very crooked. I will never use them again.This is the first time I have ever written a negative review about a company."
