I’ve been using them for 2 year I believe. They service check on our system, they cleaned out something that had never been cleaned out before, a place that collects water. They pointed out the importance of treating that with vinegar once a month so it doesn’t developed algae.

They did a good job and that's why I always use them.

Kind and prompt, the price seems a little high for the part, but he did not have to go get it, so maybe that accounts for the cost. We will use again.

Mark came out and gave a proposal, he was informative, and discussed options. Once I accepted proposal Mark came out a second time to finalize the installation plan.
Workers called ahead with arrival time, were prompt, professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Received a phone call about 15 min. before arrival which was nice. Ed was friendly and got right to work. When he was finishing up, he made a suggestion on the furnace filters we should be using. He said the humidifier filter was still ok so didn't replace it...saving us some money. He checked the thermostat and, noticing it was a little loose on the wall, remounted it for us...yay! All this took less than an hour!

We have used them in the past and have always been very happy with the service.

|They installed a new heating and air conditioning system at my residence. Because they couldn't get to me right away, the company sent an oil delivery person to measure the oil in my tank to make sure it would last until my appointment. They also offered to bring me portable heaters in case the furnace quit working. The installation went very well, and the technicians even installed a light and switch in my furnace room at no extra charge. When I had two minor issues in the days after the system was installed, my calls were returned promptly, and a service technician came out quickly. I was very pleased with the level of service.

Fixed my furnace. Another company wanted to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing my old one. This company has experienced Carrier factory certified technicians. Great first time experience with this company that saved me money. Would call for service of my Carrier furnace again without hesitation.

It went very well,it wont have to worry about my comfort in any climate.An added bonus is the approximate $2,000 in rebates I will receive.Overall great experience. Also,I would like to mention that they were a union shop,and after full payment I received a $300 check from the sheet metal workers union.

Called Rockford Heating and Cooling after having a competitor in the home who neglected the job did a quick easy fix and left only to have the pipes freeze up once again. Rockford Heating and Cooling sent someone over same day called and their tech spent 2 hours to find out there were a few problems now.....one was a coil was dirty and the other the circuit board of furnace. Tech cleaned out coil and called me to find out how old furnace is when he found out he stated that circuit board is bad and is probably under warranty and to contact company purchased from to get replacement. Tech volunteered to speak with the provider whom installed the unit and he did to explain problem. Previous installer came over, found out there is water damage on circuit board and this is reason for malfunction. In the end the problems were fixed by the end of the day. If you need a job done quickly and professionally call Rockford Heating and Cooling they did a great job and exceed their competition by a landslide.

Checked Angie's list and found several AC companies, asked friends for references and 75% recommended Rockford Heating and Air.
Most companies wanted to simply repair the unit, but it was over 20 years old. Repair costs would have been a waste of money.
RHA suggested a 3 ton unit for our 2300 sq ft ranch, reworked the air ducting, and added a new programmable thermostat.
Our installer was so sweet, it was raining and he took off his shoes. I told him not to bother because we had not moved in yet and the floors had to be cleaned anyway. About halfway through the install another installer arrived to assist him. He answered our many questions, guided us through what he was doing the entire time and cleaned up after himself- no metal chips, dust, or debris anywhere.
They arrived on time and left by the time frame quoted.
Wonderful company, pricing was comparable to other companies-lower costs than many I phoned.
