Brad was excellent to work with. His estimate was fair, and he handled unexpected problems without extra charge. We are happy with the end result.

Excellent Work. Brad understood what we wanted done -- flipping our laundry room and 1/2 bath -- and was able to get it done in the 3 week timeframe. Brad put in the time needed including Saturday's to ensure it got done in the timeframe we had. The quality of his work was excellent and we were very pleased with the outcome. He also adapted as we made changes when we got into the details. Highly recommend Brad for similar projects

He just had a bad attitude he wanted the whole payment before the job was done, he was disrespectful.

Brad was able to come out within a couple days of our initial conversation. He understood what we were needing, had all the tools and materials with him, and was able to get the job done quickly and for a great price. We have made sure to recommend him to our friends who need home repairs or construction, and we’re definitely keeping him in mind for our future projects.

This being my first experience with a bathroom remodel, Brad was the best person I could of hired for it. He is extremely knowledgeable and guided a novice like me through my whole project. He gave us a deadline and finished before it! My bathroom went from a ugly duckling to a swan. I would recommend Brad hands down!

They came for a bathroom remodel, and found out they do so much more. Flooring, electrical work, and painting. Came a day early to handle the prep work. Was very helpful with the entire process, including buying the materials. We were very impressed. We feel fortunate to work with him. Will definitely hire again.

Our upstairs bathroom was vintage 1979 and in bad shape. I called Bradley, and he came over, looked at it, and gave us a reasonable estimate on the spot. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing ideas for furnishings when we werenâ t exactly sure what we should use. Once the work began, he and Dave were completely professional, personable, easy to work with, and skilled and versatile in terms of the work they did. They finished within the predicted time, did a great job, and we are very happy with the end result. This is a great little company and exactly what small business should be all about. I cannot recommend Bradley enough. He worked very closely with me figuring out exactly what I wanted. My bathroom remodel was on the second floor so he came over the day before and prepped my floors and stairs so they would not get damaged. He showed up before 7:00 a.m. every day and worked diligently throughout the day. He would bring me up to discuss what he was going to do and then showed me what it looked like afterward and asked if I was happy. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He only takes one job at a time, and he and his buddy Dave do all of the work. After he was done (and it was done very well), he told me to live with it a couple of days and see if there was anything I noticed that I wanted him to work on. He even called a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the job, which I was. Brad is my go-to-guy now, and I even have him coming back to remodel my downstairs bath. Hire this guy! He will not disappoint you!

From the Roof Down did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them, and from the moment that Bradley called me following an inquiry, to our first meeting to review the project, he took the time to listen and kept me updated along the way. Extremely organized and stuck to the schedule! He used his expertise, including plumbing, and turned a very scary basement bathroom that hadn't been used in years and suffered the significant consequences accordingly, into a beautiful bathroom. He also took on a last minute project of replacing some rotting wood on the outside of our house! An eyesore that had been bugging me for years, and for which I was having difficulty over the summer finding someone to fix, he took it on and replaced it! I highly recommend From the Roof Down to anyone in need of remodeling work done, and am already planning to enlist their help again!

Very professional, educational, provided step by step process of all the trades electrical, plumbing, ceramic tile ect...did all the work himself with his helper. What a remarkable job!

They were a one stop shop. They did not have any sub contractors and did the job themselves. Brad and his crew had excellent communication, excellent price, and excellent craftsmanship.

This review is long overdue. Brad was amazing to work with from the start. The value cannot be beat, and the quality & efficiency of his work is impressive! I still cannot believe it's the same bathroom as before. A wonderful company, that we definitely plan to use again to finish our basement! I cannot recommend them enough!
