"We were skeptical going into this project because his quote was 1/2 of the amount quoted by three other contractors.  But since he was our front runner prior to hearing the price we went with our gut and we were not disappointed. Kirt and Shawn were incredible to work with from beginning to end.  He was prompt in responding to any and all questions, made me feel safe even though there were strangers in my home, and really considered how to best execute our project to maximize the space that we had. He stated upfront that we would not have any surprise fees, that what we saw in the quote is what we would get.  He was true to his word.  He used great subcontractors and there were no surprises. He even built my daughter a vanity drawer and didn't charge us entra. Our basement is beautiful and we can't thank him enough. I wish we could give an A++++++

"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"

We are a veteran owned and operated general construction contracting company that has been in business for 2 years. New construction, remodels, all types of flooring, drywall, concrete, fence, deck rework and new installation, and painting (interior and exterior). We do not leave a job or project without the customer being completely satisfied.

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
