The repairs that Miles performed were very professional and done quickly as well.  He performed a repair on my bathroom, and kitchen in just 1 hour, including the amount of time it took him to go back to the shop and get a part!  He explained everything he was doing and did not do anything harmful to the walls before asking.  I will definitely be using them again when I redo my bathroom later this year.

I called early morning and they were able to fit me in on my schedule. When Nathan arrived he was polite and professional. He listened to my explaination and asked a few questions. He then explained what he was going to do (you a mechanical snake) and how it should go and what might go wrong. Happily, nothing at all went wrong. He explained some of the things that cause this issue, a very nice thing for him to do. He cleaned up and left. He was polite, considerate and informative though out the entire process.

My experience with them was excellent and I would say their prices are reasonable.
