Plumbers appeared on time. Did the work promptly, neatly and well. Thorough cleanup after. Mr. Reaver was very helpful in providing ideas for completion of basement bathroom and type and location of utility sinks.

Everything was great except the plumber took all the copper tubing without discussing it with us. They installed the water softner but will not return any phone calls to service the softner.

"We replaced the GALVINIZED & copper piping on 9-13-06 not 5-15-11 with no discussion on leaving old material behind (we usually remove old material unless instructed).After replacing piping & installing softener we were hired 2 more times over the following year,once to replace water heater and once to install plumbing for basement bathroom with no mention of old material and softener problems.If someone were to post a report & not keep track of facts, it makes me wonder why they posted in the first place!"
