"John Havrish serviced our roof concerns beyond the initial call to solve a leak issue. He serviced our skylight. roof vents, checked for nail pop and sealed any that needed attention. John also painted our fireplace chimney cap and pan cover as well. He was at our home for about 2-1/2 hours. Good job done by an expert!"

"The technician was initially on time and was very personable.  The inspection was quick.  He sealed a gap around the chimney and inspected the leaking skylight, and showed me pics of the problem area taken while he was up there.  We discussed options for replacing the skylight, he took measurements, and promised to get me a quote, with the $149 for the inspection/tuneup to be deducted from the quote.
Over the course of the next couple of weeks, I received promises that the quote would materialize soon.  It never did, and finally I just stopped hearing from him.  I won't chase a contractor in a situation like this; nagging someone to come work for you never turns out well.  So in the end I had to start over with someone else, and the $149 paid to Apex bought me five minutes of chimney caulking and a sales pitch for a service that would never happen.
Technically they did what they contracted to do, which was look at the roof and make a minor repair.  But the skylight was the reason for it, and there was no follow-through.
